Immigration Law
We understand what's at stake. Fernández & Associates has guided over 2,400 clients, families, professionals, and businesses, through the U.S. immigration system. Wherever you are, we are in your corner.
Our Story
Fernández & Associates was founded in 2025 by Amín E. Fernández, Esq. after nearly a decade of representing clients at the largest immigration firms in New York. He saw firsthand how families fell through the cracks of an overloaded system, not for lack of merit, but for lack of the right advocate.
He built this firm around a different model: smaller caseloads, deeper preparation, and attorneys who know their clients by name. Today, the firm has grown to a team of attorneys and paralegals that have handled over 2,400 cases across every major immigration category.
We are headquartered in The Bronx, New York and serve clients across the United States and internationally. Our clients can count on transparency, honesty, and respect. To us, our clients aren't just a number.
Our Attorneys
Not a paralegal, not a case manager — your attorney knows your case by name.
